Induction, Training & Probation
Starting a new role is an important milestone, and we’re here to ensure you feel supported every step of the way. Our induction and training programs are designed to help you settle into your role and thrive in our workplace.
What to Expect from Your Induction
Your induction is your first step toward understanding your role and the university’s culture. During this process, you’ll be introduced to key information, including university policies, health and safety procedures, and workplace systems. You’ll also have the chance to meet your team, explore your department, and familiarise yourself with our campus and facilities. A dedicated induction checklist will help guide you through this period, ensuring you have everything you need to feel confident in your new role.
