Cyber Security Demystified: How to stay secure at Work and at Home

In this session, members of the University ICT Security Team will provide guidance on staying cyber secure at work and home.Â
This guidance will include advice on how to spot the latest online and phishing techniques used by scammers, how to make sure your work and home devices are secure and up to date, how to protect your personal data, what to consider when sharing University data and advice for staying secure whilst travelling abroad. This session will be interactive, giving plenty of time for questions should anyone have any particular cyber security related questions they would like to ask.
Effective Use of Teams for Asynchronous and Synchronous DeliveryÂ

This session will introduce key features of Microsoft (MS) Teams and will outline how these features can be utilised to collaborate, share and enhance user experiences. Features covered in this session will include the use of file systems and inbuild conferencing calls, breakout groups, accessibility (powerpoint live), working with office 365 to interact with documentation and creative ways to use MS Teams. Â
