Career Pathways framework launched

A new framework, Career Pathways, is now available to support staff with their development and career progression.

There are two strands to this piece of work; the first is a single framework bringing together content from existing frameworks and broken down by grade with a set of clear competencies and behaviours for staff to work towards.

The second strand will be an online development tool to support staff working through the Career Pathways, signposting appropriate development for each grade and this will be available in the New Year. Training is now available for staff and managers on how to use the framework and get the most out of it and available for bookings. Book your place.
